Students of the college design program, build different variations and proposals of our work, which was very motivating for students and for us, because they enjoyed doing something different and functional, and we like to share knowledge with others, and believe that good projects are based on university research.
Proposals were based on variations of the front of the houd passive , which represents a Helmholtz resonator for frequency tuning. And the samples were made in pieces of different kinds of wood cut for ecofriendly way.
The most interesting things that we find was the irregularity on the concave geometry , because it helps us to play with the sound frequencies differently, and relations between the form and geometry.
Only remains to thank all the students and the teacher Maria De Los Angeles Gonzalez who took the initiative to make this happen.
